KSM Realty Group was built on the belief that every move should matter.
The name KSM carries a story that is deeply personal to founder and Team Lead Laura Vincelette. It was inspired by a close friend who passed away and had a saying that became unforgettable.
It was simple, direct, a little bold—and a reminder that no matter what life puts in front of you, you keep going.
Over time, those three words took on an even greater meaning. KSM became a reminder to keep moving forward, take the next step, embrace change, and make the moments along the way count.
When it came time to create a real estate group, those initials felt like the perfect foundation for a brand centered around helping people through some of life’s biggest transitions.
Because real estate isn’t simply about buying and selling houses. A move can mean a first home, a growing family, a new city, a military relocation, a fresh start, an investment in the future, downsizing after decades of memories, or finally finding the place that feels like home.
